File 027: Jinsei (Revisted)
Jinsei is a Ricky's Studio Bermont head. While Jiko had been planned to be my next doll, i happened to see the auction show up on Y!J when she released the mold. Jinsei had originally been plotted out as a School A head muuuch farther down the line, but when I saw the Bermont mold, I quickly fell for what I felt a more mature looking mold- Plus, it seemed to fit quite well into the 28/16/School A family, making it a really unique option for the one who would be Shikai's brother. There were 15 available in the auction- Since this mold was one that would have been very hard (if not impossible) to get if I passed on it now, I snagged one. ^^
These pictures were taken a week and a half earlier before the new body and wigs for him had come in, hence why he's borrowing Shikai's wig/body right now. (But as it turned out, Jinsei got to keep Shikai's body after all, as the Isao body I'd purchased has a thicker neck than the old style bodies. Jinsei's head is noticably smaller than Shikai's and therefore the thicker neck cause it to look odd- Sooo, the old style body he's stuck with! XD;
